How much does it cost to ship my order?
We offer real time shipping rates depending on your address. At the checkout, your shipping cost will be calculated. Our International shipping option is only DHL. International orders are shipped out Mondays, Wed & Fridays.I didn't receive my tracking number, where do I get mine? / FREE (Orders over 30 EUR)
In 2-3 working days. Next day delivery on orders placed before 21:00 from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
SAME DAY MADRID
Same-day delivery in Madrid if you buy before 14:00 Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
I didn't receive my tracking number, where do I get mine?

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped. Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update. To track the progress of your order, please visit USPS for domestic or DHL for international orders.
Will I have to pay any duties on top of my International order?
Taxes & Duties are NOT added to your DHL shipping option at check out and will NEED to be paid for before arrival. If you don't pay these taxes upon request from DHL it will delay your order. If you are contacted via DHL to pay Taxes & Duties, we are not responsible for them - if you choose not to pay them your order will be forfeited and not refunded. We apologize for any inconveniences.

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.
Do you ship to my country?
Most likely yes, with a few exceptions. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.
When will my order arrive?
Your order is packed and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase. Please advise this when choosing 1-Day Shipping option.
- Average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days.
- Average delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days via DHL only. Note that International pick-ups are on Monday & Thursday - this could delay your order.
After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.

What if my package was returned to sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
